Each year, the MSP Noise Oversight Committee (NOC) establishes a Work Plan. The 2012 Work Plan was approved during the Metropolitan Airports Commission meeting on December 19, 2011. The plan includes more action toward MSP Performance-Based Navigation (PBN) procedures, exploring use of WhisperTrack web-based technology, review of the MSP 2020 Improvements Environmental Assessment Noise Analysis, and continuing review of public input, fleet mix trends, nighttime runway use and residential noise mitigation program status. The NOC meets bi-monthly on the third Wednesday of odd-numbered months. Meetings begin at 1:30 p.m. and are held at the MAC's General Offices Building.  Members of the public are welcome to attend the meetings. Check our calendar for details.

Persons wishing to speak during the Public Comment Period of a Noise Oversight Committee meeting must contact their Committee representative prior to the meeting.  Use the NOC Public Input Form to contact your representative.  The Public Comment Period of a Committee meeting is for items not on the meeting agenda.
