Flying Cloud (Eden Prairie)

Flying Cloud Airport is located 13.5 miles southwest of downtown Minneapolis in the city of Eden Prairie. In one of the most rapidly expanding areas of the Twin Cities, Flying Cloud Airport has been developed to accommodate the needs of corporate and business aviation users and has a full range of services for both business and recreational flyers.

The Flying Cloud Airport Noise Abatement Plan was developed by the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) Noise Program to promote aircraft operations and procedures that help reduce noise impacts for residents living nearby. The Flying Cloud Airport Operational Implementation Plan is the result of an agreement between the MAC and the City of Eden Prairie that outlines actions and procedures to help reduce noise impacts in the surrounding community.
