Historic Homes Guidelines

Within the City of Minneapolis, there are a number of historic district properties. These properties are located in the Tangletown neighborhood and/or have frontage along Minnehaha Creek. Due to the historic district designation, the MAC has established design guidelines show in the pdf link below.
