Runway Closures

MSP runway layoutRunway closures can be caused by weather, construction and routine maintenance. Airport runway closures can have a significant impact on how aircraft operate into and out of MSP. When one or more of the runways are closed, more operations will be pushed to the open runways which inevitably changes where aircraft are flying in the sky. The information on this page will list runway closures of 30 minutes or longer at MSP in an effort to assist residents in determining whether any construction projects or field conditions may have an effect on what they may be experiencing. Click on the airport layout map for more information about each runway at MSP.

The information on this page is for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as an official Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) or Field Condition Report.
