MSP Noise Oversight Committee Meeting on May 20Posted on May 6, 2015
The MSP Noise Oversight Committee (NOC) is an advisory board to the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC), and is comprised of industry and community representatives who address aircraft noise issues related to activity at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP). The group meets bi-monthly on the third Wednesday of odd-numbered months.
The NOC met on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 1:30pm at the MAC General Office Building (6040 28th Avenue South, Minneapolis). Topics covered during this meeting included: Review of Monthly Operations Report – May and June2015; Election of NOC Co-chairs; MSP 2035 Long-term Comprehensive Plan Update; Sunfish Lake Mobile Noise Monitoring Study Scope; and Area Navigation (RNAV) Standard Terminal Arrival Routes (STARs) Update.
Members of the public are welcome to attend NOC meetings.
