When people seek to understand the aircraft noise issue associated with Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP), they may ask "Who makes the decisions?" The fact is numerous organizations have a role to play in the safe, efficient operation of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP). Similar to the federal highway system, MSP‘s public transportation infrastructure is regulated by the federal government.
