Downtown St. Paul Airport Advisory Council
The Downtown St. Paul Airport Advisory Council (DAAC) is comprised of appointed STP airport users and community representatives that reside in the Districts that surround STP. The DAAC’s purpose is to bring together MAC staff, airport users and tenants, and neighbors to discuss issues related to airport development, aircraft operations and noise. The Noise Program Office provides technical support for these meetings. The DAAC meets twice a year at 4 pm at the STP Terminal Building, generally on the second Tuesday during April/May and November.
